April. Really? Better sit down and have a cup of tea to digest that bit of information. Which is handy, as our dear Betty (who we all love to hate and hate to love) is sharing her teapot with us today. Despite appearances of being hostess extraordinaire, she seems to have forgotten to set out the tea cups, so I do hope you won't mind bringing your own along. In compensation I'm pretty sure Betty will have whipped up some made-from-scratch cookies and scones in five thousand different flavours. So there's that.
But back to the sewing discussion. Being the 1st of the month (in Australia - your turn will come soon rest of the world), it's time for a new Sew Kitschy block. I thought the teapot might make a nice addition to the collection of blocks so far. You can pop over to my Craftsy shop and download your copy for free. For the whole month. After that it'll be going on sale to fund my fabric habit. You understand, right? Or if you're super keen and just can't be bothered waiting on a new pattern each month, well feel free to pick up the entire Sew Kitschy bundle all in one hit.
Head on over, download the pattern and get sewing! Then make sure you pop back here to link it up to share with your Kitschy Kin. I’ll pick two winners from the linky party to win their choice of 3 of my patterns from my Craftsy store – just some added incentive for linking up! Oh and do go check out other people’s blocks and leave a comment. We all love comments after all!
Happy paper piecing my friends. I do hope the pattern doesn't send you to drinking something a little stronger than tea ;)
